Platinum Services arrived on time early in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise as we live 50km from their base of operations AND they came out in absolutely atrocious weather. Our Hisense 75 TV was being exchanged due to an unusual fault and Platinum arrived with a brand new replacement and proceeded to unpack and install it in an efficient manner. Very happy with their service and Hisense support did a great job too. 10/10
