Fridge Repaired With A Call Before Every Visit
It was great service, came and checked the problem. And ordered the part to fix the problem. The fridge freezer was not even 1 year old. They came today and replaced the part. They called a day or two before to set a time and on the day called me to say how long until they get here. I think that was great as not many call to set a day and then call you to say you’re next and how long until they get here. It is now working well. Thank you.

Warranty Handled Professionally And Dryer Fixed Fast
Initially it was a warranty issue which was handled with such professionalism I was very impressed. I then had Jamie come back to fit a drainage hose to my Bosch heat pump dryer. He did it in under 20 minutes! So very, very happy. Thank you Jamie. I would recommend Platinum in a heartbeat!

Excellent, prompt communication while I was enquiring about a quote and booking via text. I made a tentative booking for the next day and they text me with the offer to do the job that afternoon as the technician was ahead of time. Got a call from the tech to say on the way and a text confirming this too. The tech arrived and was happy to answer questions and explain the issue with the ice maker and water dispenser in my fridge. The work was done within an hour and he was neat and tidy. Explained the cause and how he resolved it and showed videos too. When finished he was happy to take a quick look at another appliance and offer advice on what was required to fix it. Payment was quick and easy online and the job was well priced. Will definitely call on this company again and can highly recommend! Espresso Machine Repaired In Just Over 24 Hours
I had been referred to Platinum Services SA by Breville for repair to my espresso machine under warranty. The communication and professionalism of Platinum Services SA is second to none. From the time my repair work was booked in, right up until the end, I received regular information and updates about the progress of my repair, and even when it was time to collect my machine, they even included their opening hours in with the notification message, so that it was very easy to collect my machine. The entire process was quite impressive, just over 24 hours after dropping my machine off for repair, my repair was complete! Small touches added to the perfect service, like using a magnetic sticker to identify my machine, rather than an adhesive sticker which would have been a pain to remove. I would highly recommend going to Platinum Services SA for any appliance repair work, irrespective of in warranty or out of warranty. Thanks for the fantastic service!

Honest Service And Charges Dismissed Without Question
Recently had my Hisense Smart TV looked at by Platinum Services SA. Unfortunately, due to the TV being from another region, they weren’t able to fix the issue. On Time Delivery And Install Despite Atrocious Weather
Platinum Services arrived on time early in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise as we live 50km from their base of operations AND they came out in absolutely atrocious weather. Our Hisense 75 TV was being exchanged due to an unusual fault and Platinum arrived with a brand new replacement and proceeded to unpack and install it in an efficient manner. Our washing machine repairs cover locations across Australia, and we confirm coverage for your area when you book. Many common faults are fixed on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the expected lead time before going ahead.
We repair most major brands of front loader and top loader washing machines, along with vented, condenser and heat pump dryers. We are also an approved service and warranty agent for a range of recognised appliance brands. The one exception is Miele, which we do not repair. If your machine is outside what we can properly service, we will tell you honestly when you call.
Your technician tests the unit after the repair and checks that it is pulling down to the correct temperature. We explain what failed, what was replaced and what to watch over the next day. Fridges can take several hours to stabilise, and we tell you what to expect. If something does not seem right, call us and we will follow it up.
Yes, our workmanship and supplied parts are backed. If a concern arises after your fridge or freezer repair, we assess it promptly and take responsibility where it relates to our work. Parts carry the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to all eligible services.
