Very quick turn around on repair. Simple and easy to drop off and pick up.
It was great service, came and checked the problem. And ordered the part to fix the problem. The fridge freezer was not even 1 year old. They came today and replaced the part. They called a day or two before to set a time and on the day called me to say how long until they get here. I think that was great as not many call to set a day and then call you to say you’re next and how long until they get here. It is now working well. Thank you.

My oven couldn’t be fixed due to the poor service of the Teka agent in Australia. Brad kept me up to date with what was happening. Platinum Services arrived on time early in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise as we live 50km from their base of operations AND they came out in absolutely atrocious weather. Our Hisense 75 TV was being exchanged due to an unusual fault and Platinum arrived with a brand new replacement and proceeded to unpack and install it in an efficient manner. Very happy with their service and Hisense support did a great job too. 10/10
The installation guys were very professional answering any questions and completing the job connecting the internet and making sure all was satisfactory for me before they left.
After waiting a month for a different company to repair our faulty fridge and not hearing anything back, contacted Platinum and they had it repaired within 24hrs! Excellent service, would highly recommend
